Lizards are kind of boring to me, though. But spiders do trigger this visceral instinct on most humans, so I don't really expect a lot of people to like them as much.

A bit of both. When human beings are still undergoing evolution in ancient times we had a very high risk of running into venomous spiders, so what may seem to be an irrational fear now was then a valuable survival instinct.
[ shrugs. it's a good idea as any, so she'll go on ahead and slather the wall with green paint for the leaves of the tree, along with some brown. it may look like a 5 year year old's drawing, but at least she didn't stray past the lines??? ]
